My one dish that I can not conquer in the kitchen is boneless chicken breast! I find mines always coming out super dry or undercooked. After some browsing I found an awesome site that helps one get that perfect boneless chicken breast. Thank you! I am also a visual learner so having the pictures here really helped! I had no idea it was all in the pounding and the temperature! My husband shall be happy!

My 13 month old son is starting to want to feed himself. He will not eat unless I give him the spoon. At first I thought he was just not liking the food that we gave him or that he was coming down with something. Our pediatrician had told us at his 12 month check up we may start to see his appetite slow down, so naturally I was like oh this is it! But nope. Little man just wanted to take control of his own eating and as you can see it is getting pretty messy!

Put together in 15min

Being a busy mom I find myself not having enough time to put myself together like I used to, so here I have 6 basics that any busy student, working or SAHM can easily put together and look polished in 15 minutes and be out the door to run some errands. I find these to be staple pieces to have all year round. It’s inexpensive. It can transition to a drink with the girls look with a nice pump and moving into the fall this look can easily be layered with a jacket, scarf, and a nice pair of boots!

1. A basic solid tunic

2. Your favorite skinny denim

3. A high bun (My favorite style these days, I don’t have as much time as I used to to do my hair!)

4. A nice classic shoe like a Tom (I like design to add pop to the outfit)

5. A simple watch and a big bag ( I house everything in my bag!)

6. Makeup (keep as light and as natural as possible)
